A 1x180kW DC fast-charging station infrastructure was designed and installed turnkey at Bahçelievler State Hospital to serve electric vehicle users. The required power assessment, cable routing, and switchgear installation were completed by the Soctek engineering team.
Project Scope and Requirements
Bringing a new DC charging load online at a hospital campus requires an accurate assessment of whether the existing transformer and distribution panels can safely carry the additional load. At Bahçelievler State Hospital, the goal was to install a 180kW DC charging infrastructure suited to the site conditions, without straining the hospital's existing electrical capacity.
Technical Solution Implemented
The project began with a power assessment of the hospital's existing electrical infrastructure. Based on that assessment, the most suitable cable routing was determined, and the DC charging station's switchgear was installed on site, bringing the system online as a turnkey delivery.
Results and Benefits
Built on accurate power assessment and site planning, this infrastructure gives Bahçelievler State Hospital a reliable, continuous EV charging service for its users. The project shows how careful engineering detail translates directly into field-execution quality.
