Through the contact, quote request, and partnership forms on our website, we process personal data consisting of your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of any message or request you submit to us.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed in order to evaluate and respond to your request or message, to provide you with a quotation, to establish and conduct commercial relationships, to plan and carry out operational processes, and to fulfil our legal obligations — within the scope of the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Name, email, phone number, and message data collected through our contact and quote-request forms will NEVER be shared with any third party or organization under any circumstances. • Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom their personal data has been transferred,

• Request the erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework set out in the KVKK,
• Request that any correction, erasure, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to a result that is to their detriment arising solely from automated analysis of their data,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of their personal data

You may submit requests relating to the rights listed above in writing to kvkk@soctek.com.tr or to Soğanlı Mah. Gençosman Sk. No:8A Bahçelievler/İstanbul. Your request will be concluded as promptly as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on its nature.
